Ginger Snaps Photography Hello! My name is Stephanie and seeing as I could be taking your photo soon, here is a little bit about me.

I'm a Mum and a photographer, which makes me lucky to have the best two jobs in the world. Everyone has a camera nowadays, so when you book me you are getting more than my camera, you are getting my eye for composition, my skill using light and of course, my expertise in post production. I want to create a final image you will want to display on your wall with pride and will treasure forever. My s

hoots are very relaxed and informal and as a result, I tend to capture the real personality of the little ones who are just having fun and being themselves. I am more than happy to play peek-a-boo and sing songs to get your little ones relaxed in my company and as a result, better images for you. I have trained with some of the UK's leading newborn photographers and have even posed babies in front of midwives to ensure I completely understand their comfort. I look forward to meeting you soon and capturing memories that you will treasure forever!

Hello everyone!

I have been away for a while but am slowly coming back to photography.

While I won't be doing full bookings (just at the moment) I will be doing some mini sessions locally for you all (and of course your fur babies too!)

It seems like forever since I have been on this page, but as lockdown eases I am taking some tentative steps back into photography sessions.

In line with the Government guidelines I am now taking bookings for photography sessions, and I cant wait!!

However, to minimise risk, I will only be conducting outdoor sessions for the foreseeable future. My home studio remains closed for now (partially as it is doubling as a home office! 🙂 )

At the moment I can photograph families of five or less (me making the sixth person). As lockdown relaxes I will review this number and update.

I have been out and about with the camera recently, making sure I'm not too rusty! I had the pleasure photographing some stunning hats for Sophie at Willowbrook_online, got to up my cool points taking some headshots with Matthew Knoesen Racing
and of course the ever fun and hectic day that is full cast day at SOP.

I have a few family sessions booked in over the coming weekends and I can not wait to be back working alongside the amazing Sarah Capon Photography for some of her weddings!

Thank you to all my amazing and very loyal clients who have been in touch and sent lovely messages.

I look forward to seeing you all again very soon. To say I have missed photography would be an understatement!

Thank you everyone for your recent enquiries about my Christmas photos.

Unfortunately as Kent is currently in Tier 3 I am unable to host any indoor sessions at my home studio.
I am also unable to photograph any sessions (newborn, family, pet) at your home.

I appreciate there are some loopholes in the guidance that I could take advantage of but as the numbers in Kent are rising I feel this would be irresponsible of me.

The current guidelines for outdoor meeting is limited to six people. Therefore if you are a family of five an outdoor session can be booked.

I appreciate it is disappointing. I’m devastated that I can’t continue my annual Christmas tradition and won’t get to see the families I’ve met over the past four years.

I hope that next year I’ll be able to pick up and create some Christmas magic but for this year I’m afraid it’s just not possible.

CHRISTMAS PHOTO - RAISING MONEY FOR DEMELZA

This year we won't be able to take children to see Father Christmas, but we can bring Father Christmas to them in a Christmas Photo.

I had a shoot with the big man before Lockdown 2.0 and he agreed I can use the images to help make some magic.

Just send me a photo you would like placed in the frame and I’ll do the rest!

Once created, I will send you the digital file which you can send to family and friends, get printed, made into cards etc.

ALL MONEY RAISED WILL BE DONATED DIRECTLY TO DEMELZA

The cost will be £10 for images I have photographed or £15 for others.
