The Lake District never disappoints! Even with an overcast morning and cloud covering the top few hundred metres, Saturday's 11 mile walk taking in the Stake Pass, Angle Tarn, Ore Gap and Bowfell was stunning. Finished off with a few well deserved "recovery" pints in The Old Dungeon Ghyll Hotel, Sticklebarn Tavern and the New Dungeon Ghyll Hotel for good measure. 😀

Some days the weather is just on your side. A lovely drive through the Ribble Valley and Skipton over to Otley today, swiftly followed by a shoot around the market town with the very well coordinated ladies from close harmony folk trio Yan Tan Tether!
