My name is Lisa (Bancroft, if you havent already guessed) Im a wife, a mum and a self confessed wedding addict and Wedding Photographer based in Warrington. Im married to Ian, nicknamed the disney prince, and we been together almost 22 years, we have two crazy beautiful kids Ellis (8) & Gracie (5) Although we live in Warrington, I was born in Liverpool and for my sins I married a man from Manchest

er (I heard that!). I set up Bancroft Photography over 7 years ago after being made redundant, It kind of gave me the kick start and courage I needed to go for it and I havent looked back since. Photographing Weddings is definitely my thing, nothing else comes close. I thrive on the nerves, excitement, confetti & the love, its my soul food. The best bit being that I get to put the whole story together for my couples in stunning wedding photos so they can relive their day, moment by beautiful moment. We have a relaxed and informal style to our work and a look which is fresh and honest. My wedding pictures tell your love story as it is, true and full of emotion. My approach to wedding photography is a simple one. I love the informal and relaxed style of photography, It’s extremely important for me to capture your day and character as it is, no gimmicks or distractions, with the end result being a collection of beautiful images that tell a story about you and your day. I can emulate any particular style of wedding photography you would like and am always happy to embrace any styles that are different from the norm. Understanding what you want, and what you don’t want in your wedding photography is absolutely key to enable me to produce exactly what it is you are looking to achieve. Once we establish that, I believe I can portray your day in the way you dreamed of and hopefully exceed your expectations with quality professional images you will cherish for the rest of your lives. Through my own experiences at weddings of my friends and family I understand that it is, just that, your wedding day, not a day to be dominated by a photographer. Therefore I aim to complete any formal photographs with the minimum of fuss, leaving you to savour and enjoy every minute of your day. I will give as much or as little direction as you, the couple, require during specific parts of your wedding day, and will of course, organise as few or as many formal line-ups you request, so you get exactly what you want. That is what it is all about, the couple having and getting exactly what they want for their wedding day with that touch of artistic quality and creativity that encapsulate my photographic style and vibrancy and emotion of your day. My aim is simple, to provide you with a beautiful visual story. From the little details you’ve spent weeks and months deciding on, through to those emotional moments of the day, all captured in a discreet and personal manner. From the moment I arrive at the venue to the moment I pack my kit away, I’m constantly moving around looking for shots, lighting and locations. I love to observe people and capture the day as it unfolds, often you won’t even notice I’m there, working hard in the background to acquire those special moments. Firstly I want to thank my amazing couples for their kindness, patience and understanding in waiting for their wedding collections. Its been a difficult few years in the wedding industry for all, and many photographers have had to commit to an overwhelming number of weddings, in a short period of time, to accomodate all the postponements that the pandemic brought about. Try to imagine fitting in 2 years work in 9 months.
