Compass Festival is accepting applications for artist projects for the eighth edition of our biennial festival, happening in November 2026 in Leeds.

We invite audiences to discover unexpected experiences in familiar places, bringing art to the everyday.

πŸ’‘ For 2026, we’re looking for original projects which focus on or creatively engage with ideas around people, place & participation.

Just joined my first artist event of not only this year so far, but I think since my Long Covid Summer of 2022! Felt a bit imposter syndrome with such accomplished peers but it was so satisfying to get back to thinking about the arts and inclusivity, a good firestarter to get my creative flames going this year πŸ”₯ it's definitely worth joining next time if this is a passionate subject or you want to gain new perspective 😊 thanks for being so interesting and accommodating Yorkshire & Humber Visual Arts Network

Bringing together multiple voices and lived experiences to help the creative sector in Yorkshire and Humber make better decisions.
