It's been a while - oops! Work has definitely stopped me getting out and about with my camera over the last few months but I was determined to get out this morning to visit the newest additions to our village.

I understand that there were 9 eggs in this particular nest and this morning I have managed to see 6 beautiful cygnets who apparently decided to start making their way into the world yesterday. Hopefully I will be able to take another trip out tomorrow to see if the rest have hatched.

Although I haven't seen as much of the swans as I did when life was a little different during the lockdowns, it was still just as wonderful seeing these little ones and I hope you enjoy a few of the many pictures I took 🦢

I was in the right place at the right time and with my camera! After missing out on last night's Hunter Moon, I made sure to have my camera with me as I headed out tonight. It's been a while since I've managed to capture the moon but I hope you like these two shots that I have chosen to post up 🌝

When you get a full moon 2 nights in a row you really hope to get lots of great shots but with too much cloud last night, I was glad that I did manage to capture a few shots on Friday. The glow around the moon was beautiful and although this is not the sharpest shot I took, I love how it does show the glow.
