A NEW AUTUMN WORKSHOP AT CURIOSITY 🍂

We have such a lovely one coming this October…

Join us for a cosy Sunday afternoon of pumpkin painting, creativity and a little time just for you.

Hosted by the wonderful , you’ll paint your own set of ceramic pumpkins, one large and one small, with step-by-step guidance from Lynne.

Venue- Curiosity Corner, Tarleton
Date- Sunday 4th October
Time- 2–4pm
Include- 1 large + 1 small ceramic pumpkin
Plus All materials, aprons & gift bags included

No experience needed!

Switch off for a couple of hours, have a chat, get creative and enjoy a gorgeous autumn afternoon with us.

A little Lancashire Life feature 🫶🏼

Creating a calm, welcoming space for children and families has always been at the heart of Curiosity, but I’ve also loved seeing our space become somewhere for adults to come together too.

A place to switch off for a couple of hours.
To try something new.
To connect with others.
And, most importantly, in this busy world, to carve out a little time for themselves.

From floristry and cake decorating to evenings spent creating, chatting and supporting wonderful local businesses, seeing this side of Curiosity grow has been really special.

We’re looking for a lovely new person to join the Curiosity Corner team as our Saturday Party Coordinator.

We’re looking for someone who is warm, friendly and confident, organised and reliable. You’ll help us host our gorgeous parties, lead singing and storytelling, serve drinks and make sure our families receive the warm, welcoming experience Curiosity Corner is known for.

✨ September start
✨ Saturdays 8.45am–5.30pm
✨ £12.71 per hour
✨ 18+ only
✨ Full training provided

Yesterday was such a lovely, positive and supportive day, the kind of day that really fills your cup! ✨

We had the absolute pleasure of hosting Raised In The Rain and 🌷 Hello my name is Georgia-Maia, two incredibly talented women in business whose work I’ve admired and loved for such a long time.

Connection has always been at the heart of what I wanted to create at Curiosity Corner. A space where children connect, parents connect, friendships are made, ideas are shared and women in business can come together, support one another and cheer each other on.

Yesterday felt like one of those moments where I could stand back and think, this is exactly what CC was always meant to be.

It was such a joy, and a really proud moment for me, to be able to host you both.

Days like this are very special indeed. One for the memory box as me and my Mum always say 🤍 ###x

And remember, you don’t need to be booked onto a play session to shop with us. You’re always welcome to pop in, browse our beautiful collection of toys, gifts and prints, and have a little wander around the shop.

We’re SO excited for this one!!

This Friday 14th August, the brilliant Raised In The Rain are popping up at Curiosity Corner for a day of on-the-spot custom printing!

Choose your item, get creative with up to 6 prints + personalised lettering, then hand it over to be heat pressed and take home your very own one-of-a-kind creation!

£15 per item
Curiosity Corner Play
Friday 14th August
9:30am–11.15am then 12.15pm-2pm and finally 2.45pm-4.30pm

And the best bit… there’s no need to book anything extra! Simply book your usual play session and Raised in the Rain will be here throughout the day.

We think the children are going to absolutely LOVE creating something completely unique to them.
