CONFETTI SUNDAY SEALED WITH A KISS

I will confess, confetti time is one of my favourite moments on a wedding day.

I’ve been pottering about in the garden today and have loved giving it a bit of TLC, given all the dry weather we’ve been having and so, dried flower petals (as there were a few!) made me think back to wedding day confetti moments.

After a gorgeous Sunday afternoon, I thought I’d share some confetti moments whilst I’m now sat on the sofa, editing away some more beautiful wedding memories.

Oh my little life! How EPIC was yesterday?! Insanely incredible in every single way and I got to be there and be part of it all!!! How bloody lucky am I?!

Abbie & Rhys, you did it! You did it in style, you did it in fashion and you did it with the most purest hearts. I’m still buzzing, I’m still wiping happy tears and I’m losing count of all the endless beautiful memories you created together, with all your friends and family. What a crew you have! When Lincolnshire and Devon come together - in the best possible way!

I couldn’t wait for yesterday. To finally see these two folk in the flesh was a real “happy clap” moment. Zoom calls and the most feel good emails have come and gone during Savannah & Sam’s wedding planning season, creating it all from their Devon home, with yesterday… witnessing it all come together in the most gorgeous way!

From the brides family home to the church that meant so much to them, there were tears with endless laughter and chatter - all the perfect elements for a perfect country wedding. It’s so heartwarming when you see friends and family travel so far and wide. It’s a wonderful sight to see.

It also helps when you have a dream team of suppliers too! It’s a wonderful feeling when there are hugs all round during a wedding morning.

Savannah, Sam… your gorgeous family and friends, where do I begin by thanking you? You are kind, generous and just the loveliest people and I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful it has been, capturing all your special moments and being with you from (almost!) day one of your wedding day journey.

“Absolutely amazing!!

Lindsay is so kind and an absolute gem to have with you on your wedding day! She is so kind and bubbly 💕 all of the photos were stunning and she made the whole process so easy even for two people who don’t love the camera!

Lindsay took the time to come early and set up to it didn’t affect any of our photo time which was really appreciated. We organised the shortest package with her and we have an amazing range of photos to choose from.

Lindsay was also so easy to work with right from booking up to the wedding day. I don’t think I’ve actually waited more than 5 minutes to get an email reply from her which is a dream when you’re stressed and trying to plan a wedding!

She was also so sweet when we were trying to cool down in the 33 degree heat! She somehow made us still look put together even though we were both hot messes!!

I would highly recommend her and I would say that Lindsay was easily the best wedding supplier we worked with for the whole wedding. Thank you again for everything you did 💕💕”

What gorgeous, gorgeous people!

The most welcoming, honest group of family and friends you could ever possibly meet and I got to spend the most fabulous day with them all.

It only took 12 years and 364 days to say “I do” and they did it in the most glorious of ways.

Yesterday was simply beautiful!

Their guests travelled far and wide to be with these two, and all the most heartfelt emotions were there for everyone to experience.

And boy, do they all know how to party!
