It's been a pleasure working with Paul Waite, the CEO and founder of ISG to bring his podcast to life.

Paul wanted a podcast that could inspire and inform the next generation of talent in the entertainment industry.

But he also needed:

- Podcast artwork
- A venue for recording Audio Arcade
- A top-class audio experience
- All of his social distribution channels
- And his social media-specific clips

Within a few short weeks, Behind The Curtain is LIVE, and episode 1 is a fantastic watch.

This is an editing-led role, situated in-house at our Sunderland HQ, working across everything from social content and promos to podcasts, case studies and events - with time spent on shoots too.

You’ll be working with high-end equipment (Sony / RED / Mac), a full podcast studio, and a team that genuinely cares about producing creative and engaging content.

We had some epic moments in 2025!

There were so many highlights that it was extremely hard for us to list only 10.

It feels like we've once again covered every inch of the UK and worked with some incredible people, all while growing the business and introducing new ways to support our clients with creative content.

OUR TOP MOMENTS OF 2025:

🔟 - Sunderland Experience x Sunderland AFC – Our ‘Proud to be a Mackem’ social experiment video went viral in the region, showcasing positivity on Sunderland Experience Sunderland AFC

9️⃣ - Swim City – We became content partners with Swim City, the North East’s largest growing swim school, capturing video and stills monthly for their social media. Swim City

8️⃣ - We worked with Hays Travel on their Foundation charity, producing a case-study video championing the amazing charity projects they have supported across the UK. Hays Travel

7️⃣ - Ryan Riley x NHS – We produced a series of recipe videos with celebrity chef Ryan Riley and the NHS, creating content for cancer patients.

6️⃣ - We became content partners with brand new boutique gym ORA Fitness, taking their brand and content to the next level on all social platforms. ORA Fitness

5️⃣ - We launched and sponsored Space North East’s first podcast series ‘Space to Think’ supporting their Men’s Mental Health initiatives Space North East Space North East

4️⃣ - We captured and produced Northumbrian Water’s annual roadshow film, screened nationwide to all employees, partners and stakeholders. Northumbrian Water

3️⃣ - We became content partners with one of the UK’s leading entertainment & talent agencies, providing monthly content and social media management. ISG

2️⃣ - Sky Sports booked our podcast studio to record VT clips for the live coverage build up of the SAFC v NUFC derby game. Sky Sports Football

Behind-the-scenes with North East Screen 👀

This was an awesome case-study project, capturing all of the North East locations used in the recent 28 Years Later feature film.

From iconic Northumberland locations and across County Durham, our region truly is stunning - and we captured all of this on our RED Digital Cinema V-Raptor X and our DJI Mavic 4 Pro drone.
