Yesterday marked the first of my annual press events — the 2026 Olivier Awards at the Royal Albert Hall. It’s always a fantastic experience, and this year was no exception. The great and the good from stage and screen walked the green carpet, stopping to pose for us photographers along the way. Hollywood stars Cate Blanchett, Liz Hurley, Rachel Zegler, Tom Hiddleston and Minnie Driver were joined by a host of theatre and music talent, including Billy Ray Cyrus, Emilia Fox, Boy George and Sam Ryder. Day four of the Cheltenham Festival — Gold Cup Day — delivered everything you’d expect and more. Sunshine mixed with some heavy showers, but the huge sell-out crowd didn’t seem to mind in the slightest. There was plenty of action on the track and plenty of famous faces off it for me to capture throughout the day. The highlight, of course, was the Gold Cup, won by Irish star Gaelic Warrior, owned by the flamboyant American Rich Richie. He clearly loved every minute of the moment — especially as he also owned the winner of the Champion Hurdle earlier in the week.Here’s a selection of my photos from a memorable day at Cheltenham.

Day Three of The 2026 Cheltenham Festival was a wet and very windy one. But the weather didn't spoil the day for the thousands who attended. Once again I was out celebrity spotting in between the heavy showers. The big race was won by Heart Wood but the star for me was Jonbon who has run twenty seven times won twenty and finished second in the other seven, yesterday he was second. Day Two of the Cheltenham Festival brought sunshine to Ladies’ Day, adding to the vibrant atmosphere at the racecourse. While the racing itself was top-class, the day was just as memorable for the fantastic fashion on display. Outfits ranged from elegant country classics to bold, colourful and flamboyant styles.I managed to spot a few members of the Royal Family and several celebrities among the crowds. Cheltenham Festival 2026 - Day one done. Once again I am delighted to be working at the festival it was as always hectic but great fun. The highlight of the day was Lossiemouth's very popular win in the Champion Hurdle. As usual there was amix of familiar faces and fabulous outfits, here's just a few. A fantastic evening photographing for the Slapstick Festival at a celebrating the life of Monty Python star Terry Jones held at the Reading Hexagon. Fellow python Michael Palin shared stories, anecdotes and video clips with his friend and fellow actor Sanjeev Bhaskar. Earlier in the evening Michael had introduced a screening of The Life of Brian, it was really great to see it again on the big screen still as funny as ever. Another great night photographing stand up comedy at the Reading Hexagon on Monday. It was a fundraiser for the Bristol Slapstick Festival and featured Alexei Sayle, Stuart Lee, Arthur Smith, Alasdair Beckett-King and Shazia Mirza. Last night I had the enormous pleasure of Photographing the legendary John Cleese at the event celebrating the 50th anniversary of Fawlty Towers it was an absolute delight. It was a fundraiser for the Bristol Slapstick Festival, an evening filled with laughter and insight into the creation and making of the iconic show. ITV’s Alex Lovell interviewed the great man, showcasing clips from the series to illustrate his points. At the end of the evening, he was presented with the Comedy Legacy Medal by Chris Daniels, the director of the Slapstick Festival.
