A great way to celebrate the end of the year. Still Spaces available, but we need to get payments and food choices in so we can give it to the venue.

Hi All, For those interested in the Christmas Party could we please have the remaining money and food menu choices back in.

Anyone in the Midlands involved in Motorsport? Get involved!

So September has begun.🌬🍃🍂🌨❄️
That means its only 3 months till our Christmas Party and we still have a lot to do. To make our lives easier because your all lovely people here is a to-do list to help you (and Us) out.
1. Express interest in the party (Verbally, Comment, Message, Email - [email protected], Anything)
2. Pay Deposit. £10 Per Person
3. Pay outstanding balance. Total £25 Per Person (inc deposit)
4. Return food menu choices
5. Send you nominations of Award winners to a member of the committee.
6. Share contact details with us that may be able to help us with raffle prizes to raise money for charities
If you would be so kind as to get 2,3 & 4 done by the end of September that would be greatly appreciated.
If you are still unsure whether you will be able to attend, please let us know and we can keep you in the loop of deadlines etc so you don't miss out.

BMMC Midlands Christmas Party 2019!

Saturday 7th December - Hilton East Midlands Airport

We need your deposits of £10pp ASAP to secure the venue! Total cost will be £25pp

It's going to be a great night celebrating with a 3 course meal, awards, raffle and disco.
