That was yesterday.
Sitting at the table in front of a window in a noodle bar, I spent my afternoon reading and watching the weather change from sunny to rainy, sunny, raining, sunny, and haily...
I found it entertaining, incredible, hilarious and soothing. Watching nature going through his roller coaster, I can see similarities to my own internal world. I found it comforting. Nature and its phenomenon inspire me to be more accepting of my own ups and downs.
It's ok to have cravings. It's ok to give in and not to give in. We all have different degrees of what balance looks like.
However, does a craving come from a real need? When does it come to the surface? Are you bored? Are you tired? Do you need comfort?
Could it be that the craving is trying to send you a message, but you're being too busy worrying for how that makes you feel instead of asking yourself about the purpose behind it?
