A group of lads on push bikes grabbed my attention earlier today at Lidl's car park.....

Now before anyone jumps to the conclusion of abuse being shouted at me, or something chucked in my direction, the interaction was the complete opposite.

Now admittedly they were blocking parking spaces where they had congregated on their bikes, getting dirty looks from other drivers.
But as I drove my car away, and made my way slowly around the car park, one lad sped across the spaces, as a shortcut, to grab my attention as I circled past.

He pointed at me then pointed at his phone which he was holding up.
Slowing right down, I looked over to see my YouTube channel on the screen. He held it there, waiting for a response.
I nodded my head to basically say "yep that's me". He smiled and enthusiastically held his thumb up.

Maybe he's normally a "scally-wag" as my Dad would say, but in this moment he was a very polite and encouraging young chap!! 😁

I hope I am wrong about this, but if not, the next few years social media will be swamped with AI slop and only a few genuine businesses and individuals will stand out on these platforms, amongst the sea of AI content.

I tried to make a video go viral (viral vs my average views) and it worked….

But I’m not wanting this consistently as it could actually be damaging for my account.

Would you agree? Have you had bad or good experiences with viral posts for yourself?

Don’t copy what I did, over 5 years ago 🙈

As well as researching “how to get started with recording content” for over a year beforehand, I was also looking up all the different ways to improve how my videos looked.
Quick answer, just leave your phone to do it all itself. No fancy camera apps, no manual or Pro mode settings, just full auto and push record.
Trust me, pushing record is the hard part, before you focus on anything else, just check you can do that and post videos online to represent you and your business.
