If you’re unsure which how much photography coverage would suit your wedding best, don’t worry as a huge part of my job is helping couples figure that out. You may be surprised to know that I spend far more time talking couples out of coverage they don’t need than encouraging them to book more. Every wedding is different and every timeline is different. Together we can work out what makes the most sense for your plans, your priorities and your budget.

At the end of the day, whether you choose three hours or nine, my goal remains exactly the same: to create a collection of honest, relaxed photographs that help you remember not just how your wedding looked, but how it felt.

PEONY SEASON

There’s something about peonies that feels made for weddings. The soft layers, the delicate colours, the way they seem to open up overnight just in time for a celebration.

The only downside? Their season is fleeting. A little reminder that some of the best things don’t stick around for long, which feels quite fitting for weddings too; the flowers fade, the cake gets eaten, the confetti is swept away… but the photographs remain.

If you’re getting married during peony season, consider yourself lucky. 🌸

WEDDING ALBUMS

Did you know that one of my favourite parts of the wedding workflow designing and creating wedding albums? It’s like the cherry on the top of a deliciously iced cake. One day, I hope they become someone’s first family heirloom.

For years I’ve used for albums and I adore their products, their customer service, and I know my clients love the final result. I’m not paid to say any of this, it’s just my opinion. Each album is completely bespoke, wrapped in linen and it’s the most gorgeous way to present your favourite images from the big day.

The design process is made even easier when using Cloud Proofing by (again, I’m not being paid to say good things, it’s just ace) as this makes the whole client experience so easy to proof, provide feedback, and request adjustments.
