Hey homies! On October 3rd, we will be taking part in the 5km Memory Walk in aid of the Alzheimer’s Society. We are doing this not only because it is a wonderful charity, but because our family, like so many others, has experienced the massive change a dementia diagnosis brings.

We have added our JustGiving link to this post if you would like to make a direct donation. However, if you want to wait until June 22nd, we have something extra special coming up!

From June 22nd, we will be releasing exclusive Merchandise Packs. We will be taking absolutely zero profit from these ourselves - we are donating everything except the raw cost of materials directly to the fundraiser.

We did something a little different yesterday and headed out to watch Wellington Cricket Club 2nds take on WSM, especially since we sponsor the captain, Rob! 🏏✨

Safe to say, that game alone proved EXACTLY why we sponsor him! He hit the jackpot smashing 5 wickets with the final one to finish it off and win the game. Absolutely incredible!

It was a fantastic match from both teams, but Wellington completely cleaned up across the board with all 3 teams winning yesterday!

The weather was bloody beautiful, and the atmosphere was spot on—helped by the fact that Wellington CC has a Thatchers infusion tap (safe to say, many pints were consumed!). 🍻

The only real drama? Reagan nearly got taken out by a cricket ball! If she hadn't moved and Josh hadn't whacked it away with his hands, it could have been a proper bonk on the head but thats half the fun of being a cricket spectator 🤣 Josh might not be a wicket-keeper anymore, but the reflexes are definitely still there!

Can't wait for the next game! 🚀

🚨 Even the emergency services brought some heat to the M5 on May 2nd! 🚔🚑💨

There’s something inherently impressive about seeing these machines in action. Whether it’s the BMW 3 Series and Volvo V90 police interceptors, the heavy-duty Ambulance crews, or the Rapid Response Doctors weaving through traffic, these drivers have some of the highest-pressure jobs on the road.

💡 Road Safety: What to do when you see blue lights?
It’s easy to get flustered when the sirens start, but the best thing you can do is stay calm and predictable.

Don't Panic: Check your mirrors to see where they are and what they are doing.

Keep Moving: On a motorway, try to move to the left-hand lane when it is safe. Don't slam on the brakes the emergency driver might be planning to overtake you on the right.

Avoid the "Red X": If a lane is closed with a Red X, keep it clear! Emergency vehicles often use these lanes as a clear path through congestion.

Follow the Law: You are not expected to break the law (like running a red light) to make way. The drivers are trained to find a path around you just give them the space to do it safely. 🙌

📻 The Nostalgia Hit.

May 2nd on the M5 felt like a trip back in time. There’s something about seeing a classic Volvo 240 estate or a Rover 75 in the wild that just hits differently. No screens, no lane assist just pure, mechanical soul. 🛠️

We caught a legendary spread of heritage during this session. From the sheer "old money" presence of the Bentley Arnage to the bulletproof charm of the Mercedes Ponton, it was a masterclass in automotive history. And let's not overlook the blue VW T3 with the roof box the ultimate "get out and explore" rig. 🚐💨

The E30 BMW and that clean Citroën Saxo remind us that even the everyday heroes of the past have become total icons today.

There is no substitute. 🏆

The M5 was looking like a flat-six symphony on May 2nd. From the legendary air-cooled silhouette of the 993 to the track-focused aggression of the GT3, Porsche has a way of making every other car on the road look like it’s standing still.

We saw a bit of everything: the timeless 911 lineage, the open-top freedom of the Boxster, and even the powerhouse SUVs like the Macan and Cayenne proving that performance runs in the family regardless of the ride height.

Whether it’s guards red, racing blue, or classic silver, these machines are built for one thing: the drive.

It’s a Jaaaaag.

There’s just something about a Jaguar that oozes class even when it's flying past you in the fast lane. 🥂

From the timeless curves of the XK8 and the executive presence of the XJ, to the aggressive modern stance of the XE and XF, the M5 was looking very sophisticated on May 2nd. Whether it’s finished in a deep British Racing Green or a striking Italian Racing Red, these cats always have a certain je ne sais quoi.

We spotted a great mix of the classic grand tourers and the sharp modern saloons during our last session. It’s a reminder that while the tech changes, the style remains permanent.

The Ultimate Driving Machine.

From the boxy charm of the E30 to the aggressive lines of the modern M-Power lineup, the M5 was looking like a BMW showroom on May 2nd. 🏎️💨

Whether you’re into the classic analogue feel of an E36 or the high-tech presence of the new i7, there’s no denying the Bavarian heritage on display here. It doesn't matter the era; when that roundel is in the rearview, you know exactly what’s coming.

We caught a bit of everything during our latest car spotting session. It’s hard to pick a favourite when the lineage is this strong.

The Renault 5.

Let’s be real for a second: this is the only EV us at Nordic agree is wicked. It’s got the soul of the original with a serious modern punch.

The Pop Green is a total head-turner, but there’s something about the Pop Yellow that just feels right... I mean, we’ve all watched Ali G, right? RESTECP! 🤟🟡
