Ok, I need to post before the day is over once more! The children are back home with me and to be honest, life has been non stop, both when they were away and of course, now they're back. But life is good and I'm obsessed with my sessions this year. This outdoor extended family session was a tricky one in terms needing to do it at 11am and also finding a location with no walking involved. There are times I would have turned this down, but I'm all for challenging myself these days, because otherwise, how do we learn? And oh my goodness, I am super glad we did this. The memories from this session are so incredibly special and cannot be reproduced. I'm so excited to share them all! Thank you again to my lovely clients for putting your trust in me.

Navigating new family dynamics is a journey, and this week marks a big milestone: the kids are away for two weeks of quality time with their dad. It’s a bit bittersweet walking past their quiet bedrooms, but I am so glad they are out making wonderful memories. 🤍

Happy Monday! School’s out for the Summer…well not quite for us 😅. I have a 16 year old who finished weeks ago, a nearly 14 year old 🥹 who finished on Friday and my little 6 year old rocket, who still has until Wednesday. How about you? Is it holiday season for you yet? I’m still here, plodding away and getting through my editing pile and absolutely no complaints because it fills my bucket with pure happiness!
On that note, I’m super obsessed with this gorgeous family who paid me a visit. Dad purchased the session as a birthday present…I love that! Such a thoughtful guy, the most perfect couple and a beautiful family ❤️
