It's not every session, but sometimes, these little ones give us a glimpse of how they laid when they were curled up inside of their mama ❤ and when I am able to get this photograph, it just captures a tiny bit more magic, because this was your bump...

When you look at this picture, you'll remember how you felt when you rubbed your hand across your bump and grew this tiny miracle...and by a little bit of baby whispering and some sleepy magic, I can capture this in the beginning, before they uncurl and before the newborn days slip away.

The babies tell me what they want to do and my job is just to listen to them...and capture the most precious moments you will ever see of your family.

Finally…I got to meet this little guy!
32 days old, but he made his entrance at just 34 weeks.

So tiny—his little arm was the size of his daddy’s thumb!

A smiler. A fighter. Right from the start.

They’d had their challenges—but oh, what a joy it was to finally hold him.
A precious miracle in every way.
And I couldn’t wait to create something beautiful for his mama and daddy to hold onto forever 💙

❤️ He was a little older than newborn when we got to meet him, but he was worth the wait ❤️
It doesn’t always happen the way we expect.
Sometimes there’s a longer hospital stay.
Sometimes plans shift.
Sometimes that tiny, curly newborn stage passes before you even get the chance to pause.

But here’s what I will tell you:
It’s not too late.
You’re not too late.

You may have missed the new, curly newborn images that I get with babies under 10 days old but …
We still get the beautiful, meaningful, heart-stealing images—just as you are, right now.

And after 22 years of doing this, we promise:
You’ll have the most precious photos you’ve ever seen of your family.

“The (little) big brother…”

He was so desperate to hold her hand.
Not just for the photograph…he just needed to.
Like somehow, holding her tiny fingers made it all real…
that she was finally here, and she was his.

After all, He had waited “forever” for her to come.

So when I told him he could come hold her hand,
he held her so gently…like she was the most precious thing he’d ever touched.

And he loved her…with all the love a big brother can.

What if everyone loved each other this way?

These are the moments I never forget.
These little ones are precious. Listen to them.
There are mighty lessons in their little words.
