Although, some of you have only ever met me once or twice and don't really know my background in photography. I started off way back in 1973 working for a camera shop in Hove West Sussex as a trainee. Those were the day's before automatic printing and devolping servises and first learned to use a camera. I then learned the love of landscape photography and went on to enjoy abstract art. It was onl

y after that, when I met someone who explained to me the art of portrait photography. Once I had found adults suitable to photograph, I quickly learned how the age of that person while capturing their face on film was able to tell a story of emotion, sorrow or even happyness. Creating the art of emotion, using lighting in Monochrome. Although many people do or don't like black and white images, of which is really down to the viewr of course even to this day I still enjoy monocrome images and the art they can produce.
