After graduating from the Arts Institute Bournemouth with a BA Hons degree in photography I went on to work for Insanity; a media talent management agency based in central London. There I was promoted to Creative Director managing photographers, stylists and make-up artists as well as managing production for photo shoots for leading publications, PR clients and celebrity commissions. VED working in this industry I made the decision to focus solely on photography as it’s my passion and where my heart has always lied. Shooting weddings, christenings, babies, family portraits and occasions is such an honour and I always feel privileged to be a part of people’s celebrations and special days. I pride myself on unobtrusive, honest and personal images that carry an editorial context. Thanks to my background with managing celebrity shoots I can bring my experience of working with make-up artists and set designers to help create the desired outcome for your shoot day. This is particularly important when working with brides in the lead up to their weddings. I insist on meeting with clients to discuss their visions and then work with the other vital team members on the day to ensure this is carried through. Allowing you to trust in me to achieve what you envisaged. I enjoy capturing individuality and style be it a bride’s heirloom jewellery or dress, table centrepieces and flowers or the guest’s reactions to the best man speech! All of these elements are the reflection of the couple and should be recorded for you to reminisce over and share with friends and family for years to come.
