This week, I photographed Reggie, a nine year old American Bull Dog cross Red Heeler rescue dog who was adopted from RSPCA Burton upon Trent & District Branch back in 2024.

Reggie's owner hired Wild Woods in Newbold Coleorton for this photoshoot as a secure setting was required.

As you can see from his photos, he spent the entire shoot playing and having a great time exploring a new space. There are plenty of smiles and tongue photos in this collection.

I am always happy to accommodate your dog's needs as it is important they feel safe while having a photoshoot and Reggie's photos show he loved every minute of it.

🐾 I've been chatting to some lovely dog owners over the last few days and a few of the special dog photography sessions have already been snapped up.

Every time someone books, I find myself excited to meet another four-legged character and hear their story.

Some dogs arrive full of energy, some prefer a gentle stroll and some spend the entire session convinced they deserve extra treats (which they're usually right about!).

If you've been thinking about having some beautiful photographs taken of your dog, there are still a handful of spaces available.

There are still a handful of sessions available over the coming weeks for anyone who has been thinking about having some beautiful photographs taken of their dog. Whether your dog is a muddy adventurer, a countryside companion, or simply your best friend, these sessions are all about capturing their personality and creating memories you'll treasure for years to come.

The £49 session includes a relaxed outdoor photoshoot and a 12" matted print of your favourite image.

I’ve opened up a small number of relaxed dog photography sessions over the next few days at a special price of £49.

These are perfect if you’ve been thinking about having beautiful portraits of your dog but haven’t quite got around to booking yet.

What’s included:
✨ A relaxed outdoor session (no pressure)
✨ Time for your dog to just be themselves
✨ A viewing appointment afterwards where you choose your favourite images
✨ A beautifully finished 12” matted print included

📍 Locations are within the local area 15 miles of Swadlincote
📅 Very limited availability this week and next

These sessions are kept intentionally small so I can give each dog my full attention.

There’s something about this time of year…long grass, soft evenings, dusty ponies and children who are growing far too quickly in front of our eyes.

I’ve opened a very limited number of Summer Pony & Childhood Portrait Sessions for July. These sessions are relaxed and natural, no pressure, no posing that doesn’t feel like you, just real connection between little ones and their ponies.

These are perfect for:
