Keir Starmer is looking at possibly banning smoking in more public spaces, such as pub gardens.
His reasoning is that 60,000 people a year die from smoking related diseases and illness, which is an unacceptable burden on the NHS.
50,000 people die a year from fuel poverty, people that can’t afford to heat their homes. To tackle this he’s made it worse. He’s increased the fuel price cap so that bills will increase by 10%, and the pensioners winter fuel allowance scheme has been scrapped.
Less than 2 months and he’s already the worst prime minister in living memory…which for me is as far back as Edward Heath. I vividly remember him.
