Tension and Grace
This diptych explores the delicate relationship between stability and strain through the simple form of a fork. In the first image, two opposing forks interlock to support an egg—an object symbolic of fragility—creating a moment of equilibrium that appears both improbable and effortless. In the second image, a single fork bends outward from the edge of a bowl, its curved form suggesting the invisible forces required to maintain that balance. Together, the images present a visual dialogue on resilience: how strength is often found not in rigidity, but in the ability to bend, adapt, and support what is most delicate.
