Good morning!
It’s the start of the new school year which means my eldest is back in school and my youngest has started pre school! This allows me to make my turn around time for wedding galleries to now only be 4 weeks! (Previews still within one week) 📸 Today is bittersweet having time to myself 👀 but it does mean that I will have two full days a week to solely edit your lovely wedding galleries 🫶🏻 Thank you again for your continued support and choosing me to capture your special days ☺️

After 11 years of being SC Photography, I’ve sadly chosen to let my original business name go because of recent events with a scam page having a very similar name. I won’t pretend it isn’t a little heartbreaking to have to lose a big part of my professional identity and a name that is well known locally.

As you may know, I also have another business for wedding content creation so I’m bringing everything together under one name — Everything In Between.

The focus remains the same: capturing the real moments, the quiet in-betweens, and everything that makes each story feel alive.

No bookings will be affected whatsoever although new contracts will have to be sent out in due course with my new name on.

Thank you to everyone who has supported SC Photography over the past 11 years. I’m truly grateful! 🫶🏻

Well... thanks to the infamous scammer **Photohraphy SC** (yes, they’re really spelling it like that🤦‍♀️), I’ve been wondering whether it might be time for a little rebrand.

The last thing I’d want is for any of my lovely couples to confuse my business with something that’s completely at odds with the values, trust, and genuine care that are at the heart of everything I do.

As many of you know, I got married last year, which means my initials are now officially **SB** 🎉 So perhaps this is the perfect opportunity for a fresh chapter!

Just a little post about a certain local photographer with a very similar business name (albeit spelt incorrectly) and I just wanted to make current and future couples aware that she and I are most definitely not the same business. I have attached some screenshots of the post on Dorset brides. This is unacceptable and heartbreaking behaviour for someone to have on their wedding day!
I am professional and reliable and just wanted to reiterate that on here 🫶🏻

A quick note for my lovely couples 💍

When planning your big day, I just wanted to highlight something important that helps me continue doing what I love.

If you’re booking a DJ, I kindly ask that strobe lighting isn’t used while I’m actively shooting. These can cause damage to my camera equipment over time, and I want to make sure I can keep capturing your day without any risk to my gear.

I still want your dancefloor to feel amazing and full of energy, so I’m more than happy to work with your DJ on alternative lighting options.
