Law graduate. 25 and just happen to own my dream Nikon DSLR. I started snapping as a teenager with a Polaroid and Point and Shoot and could not imagine the world without my camera in it. Any situation, any event, any sunlit or rainy day, any place, any time, anywhere, You'll rarely see me without the Nikon strap that now almost defines me. ea I love most, is capturing an expression, an emotion and an event that in time, becomes timeless. I've become professional through the tutoring of others, but really my photographs are a reflection of the endless nights I have spent swooning over the galleries of the professionals out there who capture magic with one fell swoop of a 'click'. It is through their tutorials, their advice, their images and my own inspiration that I have a bank of images, that sometimes make the arms on my hair stand on end. And to have and to hold that, is really personally, very special.

2011 marks the year where I have a portfolio of paid work, sufficient enough to build a business. What I wish to offer as a service, is something a little different and unique to the standard portrait shoots that many companies offer. The Portrait Shoots for both Adults and Children will comprise of Natural light, unique shots, tailored to your specifications and locations of choice. Two packages are offered here, the Mini Shoot and the Standard Shoot. Maternity and Newborn Shoots will be shot within the comfort of your own home, or mine, or again a location of your choice. Two packages are offered here, the Mini Shoot and the Standard Shoot and the timing and pricing will allow for all the comfort stops needed for a Newborn and nursing. The Commercial Shoots will tailored to the customer and business need, product and specifications. Price will be based on request. Weddings are a real pleasure for me to shoot - please email me or call me for a tailored package which suits your requirements and budget! A 'Personal' Page will also be added to the website - this will take you to my new Blog which details the 'Daily Struggle and Delights' of my life. This will provide you with a good idea not only of my professional style, but of my personal style. I am always open to any types of request for what you want to capture through a package. Please do not hesitate to recommend a location you love, clothing you adore, props you want to include, and a theme to run by. That is what Lauren Hammond Photography is all about. And it just so happens it will be your expression we capture in the process.
