I always have a chat with Mum and Dad before the photo shoot and this little one's parents really wanted artistic photos . I noticed there were lots of guitars in the sitting room as Dad plays the guitar so we did this shot, which I really love, do you? This is one of the advantages to photographing at people's home. You use the things that are there. Ps Did you know I was a newborn photographer as well? 😊

I've just entered Wex Photo Video Human Impact Awards My pictures are a positive impact which may be quite different to most of the submissions. They are of the wonderful carers we have in the uk who make the lives of adults with diverse and complex needs better. Wish me luck 😊

I am happy to say I am working for Dudley Group of Hospitals, where I feel very much at home and where my freelance photography work started 25 years ago. Pictured here is staff from The Maternity Ward at Russells Hall Hospital. Its good to be back 😉
