As we are hurtling towards my last workshop of 2026 and the descent into the Winter months, I always like to reflect back on what I’ve enjoyed over the year. Learning videography has been a vey VERY steep learning curve for me. I’ve never been interested in it until earlier this year, I was always just content with taking stills 🤷🏼‍♀️ but I’ve very much enjoyed the challenge! More than I thought I would and I can’t wait to introduce reels into my packages for clients and business next year!

Counting the days till I get to return to and the beautiful forest where we shot this. Horses have always felt like home but to combine that with Scotland felt like returning to something that I already knew. I’ve been so lucky to travel around the world but there’s only 2 places that have ever made me feel like I already knew what was around the next corner (the other was Iceland) So excited to be back soon. Where or who in the world has made you feel like home?

Hey everyone!!!

1st up for anyone that’s ever fancied trying equine photography! I have a full day beginners workshop that includes 3 shoots, lunch and refreshments!

Sunday 1st November

This is a really special shoot taking place in an ancient Scottish forest right by the Highlands. I’ve managed to get permission to run the shoot on land that has areas of stone wall dating back 400 years that most humans don’t get to set foot on.
Is a collaboration with Highalnds Unbridled and their huge selection of beautiful horses. Out model will be doing ridden and non ridden portraits with Friesians, Clydesdales, icelandics and many more possibilities depending on time, styled in keeping with my usual work and inspired by the local legends and folklore.
It will be a truly one of a kind afternoon and I don’t know how is not sold out already!
