Today is World mental heath day, something I've struggled with for a very long time & something I no longer shy away from and get embarrassed about.

Spending time with animals is a great way to clear the head and if I'm not watching the lions, you can usually find me sitting with these little ones 🥰

Hi Everyone

Just to let you know that if you follow me over on Instagram I no longer use that platform, my mental or physical health hasn't been great of late and one social media had to go so I've uninstalled it from my phone.

I log on occasionally to make sure I don't lose my accounts should I want to use it again but for now I'm just posting over here on Facebook.

If you've messaged me on Instagram or requested a follow i apologise if I've not replied, I'm not ignoring anyone I just don't check anything when I log in & out.

Hopefully you'll continue to follow me on here, if not that's OK too.

Have a great weekend.
