Our latest, keeping calm in Malta :)

It's time to slow down and enjoy these simple everyday moments to the fullest, like watching my little princess drawing while Lola is falling asleep sitting...

We are not running around exploring places. Instead, we spend most of the day inside, making craft, homeschooling, reading and talking about the cool stuff we've done and amazing places we've been to.

It's time to press the pause button, reflect and re-charge...

We've decided to move from our urbanisation to a little village instead. The main reason was the very dark apartment and the urbanisation itself where apart from the apartments there was absolutely nothing.

Love snowy Slovakia, where world doesn't stop because there are a few inches of snow. Quite the opposite :)

This year was rather eventful.
We have travelled for miles, discovered a lot of places, moved away from the country which we used to call home to settle in a new one embracing new culture and learning new language. We are jumping through many loops but we are happy and looking forward to new challenges.

Bring it on New Year 2019, we are ready!!!

For the first time Christmas doesn't feel like Christmas, no cold, snow or rain... There are Christmas lights everywhere, songs even 'Santas'... But still...

I love the fact that even though it is winter (doesn't feel like it) and the days are short, it is still a day light when I finish work so we can go on evening mini trips.

From today's morning walk on the beach. It is officially winter even though it doesn't feel like it. When the sun was rising at around eight it was nice 13°C.

I love the fruit choice in Spain. For the first time ever I've got to try Cherimoya, although it seems I am the only one who likes it in our family. Kid's firm favourite is Pomegranate, dad's mandarin and Lola's everything!
