Tonight’s ManHug Mini Tournament is about more than football 🤍🖤

We’re bringing together Bradwell FC Vets and Bradwell Committee/Managers/Coaches, along with Shelton Autos (SAS FC) along with MANHUG FC for a 4-team round robin, all in support of raising awareness for Men’s Mental Health group [manhug] and helping shine a light during Su***de Awareness Month.

🧠 Mental Health can be invisible. Sometimes people are smiling, turning up to training, doing the day-to-day… but carrying battles you’d never know about. That’s why moments like this matter. Being around others, having a chat before, during, and after games, and being reminded that you’re not alone can make a real difference.

This event is rooted in something simple but powerful: men supporting men.

🤍It’s about breaking down stigma around talking mental health
🖤It’s about giving people a safe space to be themselves
🤍It’s about creating those conversations that start with “how are you?” and turn into genuine support

So if you can make it, please come down to support the teams, support the cause, and show your support for anyone who needs it. 🤍🖤
