***THE FREEMASON GROTTO***

This place was crazy to see with grotesque figures carved into the walls.

The Grotto at Talacre Abbey (formerly Hall) was built in the last quarter of the 19th century as part of the pleasure grounds surrounding the estate, appearing on Ordnance Survey maps in 1899. Designed to be a rock-cut structure with a central open chamber, passages, and grotesque carvings, most notably a heraldic lion that could emit flames, it was created by the wealthy and powerful Mostyn family who owned the property at the time. The grotto is considered an especially notable example of a Romantic grotto and is a listed Grade II* structure.

*** ABANDONED CHURCH ***

Local 1 today abandoned church built in 1874 formally known as the tin church now left to rot but maybe it can be saved with an auction and guide price of only 40k 👍🏻

Was great to see the few things left behind like the organ players a old safe and the intact stain glass 😍

*** THE FORGOTTEN FARMHOUSE***

Great to be back out finally. Started to not feel the same about exploring recently tbh but we trooper on 💪🏻

This lonely farmhouse sitting down a country lane lies empty with only a few possessions left behind 😔

The cabinet in the dining room was amazing to see and is probably worth a fortune 😍

Four bedrooms with every room having a bed left behind…

Seems like some goons have been in and have slightly trashed the house in places 🙄🤦🏼‍♂️

***VETERANS HOUSE***

Such a historic house filled with old treasures like walking back into the 70s/80s

Pretty bad condition these houses were 1 was empty and 1 had lots left behind although the floor was half gone on 1 🤦🏼‍♂️🤷🏼‍♂️

Lots of photos left behind…1st pair of dentures I’ve found 😂

Seems like best option for these house would be demolition 😔

***DOG BREEDERS HOUSE***

Great explore done what a lovely house in a quiet little village dubbed dog breeders due to all the dog memorabilia like champion trophies pedigree papers and a catalogue of all breeds.

Lots of stuff left silver cutlery set, hornby train set, medals and lots and lots of alcohol some even sealed!

Always love these time caps love looking how some people lived. House itself was in pretty good nick apart from the kitchen which had heavy mould 🤷🏼‍♂️

***HUNTERS TIN ROOF COTTAGE***

What a lovely little homemade cottage 😍 proper cozy and old ❤️

Some lovely feature to this place would have been a great little house in its day. The floor in the kitchen was made from pebbles 🤷🏼‍♂️
A total of 6 beds were crammed into this place couldn’t imagine 6 people living here

Seems to of been abandoned since 2013 from dates inside.

***MANOR AND APOCALYPTIC SCHOOL***

This site is MASSIVE! We came here around 3/4 years back and had no access to the manor….again no access so must be watched but we didn’t realise about the school back then.

What a place! proper creepy and decayed like Jurassic park 🤷🏼‍♂️

Also on site was a garden centre and swimming pool unfortunately the garden centre was also sealed 🤦🏼‍♂️ took our picture and creeped out as there was a lady doing some gardening within the gardens.

***DOCTORS HOUSE***
Dubbed the doctors house by other explorers.
Wow what a place! What and absolute time cap like walking back into the 60s….

Looks like a hoarders house with stuff littered all around the floors but the stuff inside was old school!

From old photos,tapestry,stuffed birds and old medication everywhere even had chloroform😱 this place had everything!

Probably 1 of the best time caps I’ve done with the stuff left!
