The beautiful weather last week gifted us the most incredible golden sunsets, so I took the chance to step outside of my usual newborn work and have a little play. It felt so good to experiment, and revisit my outdoor portrait skills 🌅

After a little persuasion my daughter and I headed out to Great Ayton and created these beautiful images in the bluebells together. I’m honestly so in love with how they have turned out ✨

And don’t worry, no bluebells were harmed in the making of these photos. We stuck carefully to pre-trodden paths in the flowers and respected the space around us 💜

A little reminder of why I fell in love with photography in the first place 📷

Yesterday I closed the door to the room that has been home to my little business for the last 6.5 years, and today I will be welcoming my first tiny client into my new purpose built studio. It has been a challenging 8 month project for my amazing husband getting this ready for me and I couldn't be happier with how it has turned out. My commute to work has improved immensely

🎅🏻Apparently it's only 99 days until Xmas! Is it just me or is that creeping up fast? 🎄

My new backdrop for this year's Xmas sessions has arrived and I will be getting some test shots done over the next few weeks but for now this is a sneaky peek at what I have chosen for this year. I have found something that ties in my love for neutrals but with a festive twist.

The first two dates are available for booking, there may be an additional date added if there is a need for it.

Please note that I am currently moving studios so these sessions will take place in the purpose built cabin in my garden.
