Black & white... or colour? 🤍🎨

If you had to choose just one, which would it be?

There's something timeless about black and white. It strips everything back, letting the emotion, connection and little details take centre stage.

But then there's colour... the golden sunsets, the blue sea, the tiny rosy cheeks and all the beautiful tones that help tell the story of the day.

Personally, I love both for different reasons, which is why you'll often find a mix in your final gallery ✨

Those first few weeks have a funny way of disappearing. Days blur into nights, you're finding your feet, soaking up every cuddle, and before you know it, your tiny newborn has already changed.

Zero interest in posing. Easily distracted. Probably spotted another dog 200 metres away. 😂🐾

And honestly? Wouldn’t have it any other way!

Dog shoots are brilliantly unpredictable — one minute we’re attempting something vaguely organised, the next we’re running down the beach, shaking off seawater and trying to work out who’s actually in charge here (spoiler: it’s always the dog). 😂

No perfect behaviour required. Just bring their favourite treats, embrace the chaos and I’ll do the rest 📸🤍

There’s just something about a wedding by the sea… it hits differently 🌊🤍

The salty air, the breeze catching the dress, the soft light and that feeling of complete calm that seems to come with being near the coast.

Everything feels a little more relaxed, a little more magical.

And when you add two people completely in love into the mix… it makes for the most beautiful kind of day ✨

A grey, windswept beach day… but such a special one 🤍

Quietly waiting for the arrival of a little someone who’s about to change everything 😍

I love capturing maternity sessions like this before life shifts into a whole new chapter.

And a little reminder for any expecting parents… if you know you’d love a newborn shoot too, it’s always best to get booked in around your due date rather than waiting until baby arrives.

Those early newborn days pass in such a blur, and tiny babies change so quickly in the first couple of weeks 🤍
