Happy National Puppy Day 🐾🤍 (although mine is far from puppy stage now!)

The tiny paws, the big personalities, the zoomies that appear out of nowhere… puppies really do have a way of stealing absolutely everyone’s heart.

I’ll never stop loving dog shoots, the boisterous behaviour, muddy paws, salty noses and all. Because dogs aren’t just pets… they’re family.

Over the past few years, I’ve had the privilege of capturing so many beautiful mums — quiet cuddles, wild toddler hugs, tiny hands wrapped around necks, and all those little moments in between.

My hope is that those photos now live throughout your homes… on walls, in frames, on your home screen, tucked into albums — small reminders of the love that fills your days.

Mother’s Day can be joyful for many, but it can also be tender for those whose mums are no longer here. To anyone missing their mum this year, holding onto memories and love that never really leaves, you’re in my thoughts too 🤍

The in-between magic - the moments you didn't even realise I captured.
Aren't these some of the best?

I remember reading a story once of a young woman who sadly lost of husband very early on in their marriage. She was distraught that she never had any videos of him, just still shots. Then she discovered the motion function within her camera, and realised every photo she had taken of him had also caught a few seconds of video, right before she clicked the capture button. The happiness this brought her was overwhelming 🩶
