Calling all expectant mums , new mums and babies - We are relaunching the Pink Flamingo Motherhood Club , as a weekly meetup for pregnant mums and new mums.
The weekly meets will be gently guided by myself and Emma Porcelli but we also encourage mum to mum support and advice.
Thursday 18.10.26 10.30am
the group will be held at the beautiful Deeply Practises studio on Lacey Green

It's not easy to put myself out there but there is so much trauma that women carry with them around infertility, birth, losses and the big job of becoming a mother.
I know not a lot of people are comfortable talking about mental health. But helping yourself is the best gift you can give your family, not just yourself!
I have studied so many tools over the years and I am not ashamed to say: " I am very good in what I do". If you know anyone struggling please share my details with them.
