Stichhill Linn, part of Eden water running through the Scottish Borders about 1 mile south-west of Stichill village running through a steep valley heading for the River Tweed west of Kelso.
time flew past as you sit watching the water cascade over the rocks although not the easiest place to access its part of the borders hidden gems and definitely worth a visit

Murry Cauld in Selkirk, this is part of the upper flood defences in Selkirk it also has a hydropower plant it produces enough power to run 220 homes. it opened in 2013 after the renovation of the previous Cauld which was built in 1865 for Sir John Murray for the wood mill a short walk down the river in the farms of Philiphaugh Estate.
