The hot weather brings a gentle reminder for us to slow our pace. An invitation to explore the cooler shady spots the woodland offers. I headed out early this morning to one of my favourite spots. The bright sunlight illuminated every leaf in a kaleidoscope of green. It was a slow and intentional walk, pausing to notice and appreciate.

We headed to Stone Hill rocks Near East Grinstead today, thanks to Sussex Exclusive for the idea 🙂

We used this All Trails route. It passes through woodland and meadows but does include some short road sections too.
