A whole year ago… 🤍

One year ago, we met at the beautiful Golders Hill Pergola Gardens to capture this incredibly special chapter — their pregnancy, their love, and the anticipation of meeting their little one.

And now, looking back at these photographs, it’s hard to believe how quickly that year has passed. ✨

From two hearts waiting for their baby to a family with a whole new story to tell. 🤍

So grateful to have been there to capture these precious memories — the little details, the quiet moments, the love, and all the excitement of what was to come.

I rarely share photos of myself here. I’m usually the one behind the camera, capturing your stories, emotions, and the little moments that become lifelong memories. But today, I thought I’d share a little bit of us.

These photos were taken last year in the beautiful Shropshire Petals flower fields, and they still make me smile every time I look at them.

For those of you who are new here, I’m not just a photographer. I’m a mum, an animal lover, and someone who truly believes that life’s most precious moments deserve to be remembered. Whether it’s a wedding, a newborn’s tiny fingers, or a quiet family cuddle, I feel incredibly lucky to do what I love every single day.

Photography, for me, has never been just about beautiful pictures. It’s about preserving feelings, telling stories, and creating memories that will be treasured for years to come.

Thank you for being here, for trusting me with your special moments, and for supporting my little dream. It means more than you know.

Some things in photography feel almost unreal when they happen 🌺

This Sunday evening I’ll be at a poppy field near Luton — something I only get to shoot once every few years, because finding a field like this has become incredibly rare.

Poppy fields are unpredictable, short-lived, and never guaranteed… and that’s exactly what makes them so special. When everything aligns — light, weather, timing — it feels like a small miracle.

No big setup. No staging. Just people I love photographing, surrounded by something that won’t look the same tomorrow.

If you know, you know… these moments don’t repeat.

Some sessions stay so deeply in my heart that, even years later, I still find myself coming back to them.

Photography is about so much more than beautiful images. It’s about preserving a feeling, a connection, a moment in time that can never be repeated. And yes, it’s easy to think: “We take photos all the time on our phones.”

Usually mum.
