The job of a referee 🏉
The referee’s job isn’t an easy one.
They’re out there making split-second decisions, keeping the game flowing, managing 30 players, dealing with coaches, and taking the pressure from the sidelines, all while trying to keep the game safe and fair.
They won’t get every decision right. Players won’t get every decision right either. That’s rugby.
So next time you see a referee out there, remember they’re giving up their time to help make the game happen.
Respect the whistle. Respect the person behind it. 🏉👏
