One of the biggest compliments I can receive isn't about the photographs.

It's hearing that a couple felt comfortable, relaxed, and able to enjoy their day.

Martin & Carol recently left me this review, and honestly, it made my day.

Thank you both for trusting me to capture such a special celebration ❤️

(And yes, I absolutely did help find light switches, carry suitcases and solve a dress emergency along the way 😄)

"Luiba captured our wedding day on 13th June 2026 perfectly.
Luiba arrived early to introduce herself and familiarise herself with the venue layout.
Communication was excellent, she was always explaining what she was going to do and constantly checking with us if we wanted any particular shots.
She was friendly, warm and all our guests commented on how easy she was to be around.
Her calm nature brought out the best in everyone and she captured some amazing relaxed photos of everyone on the day.
Always in the right place at the right time to get the shot whilst not being obvious or getting in the way of guests, her presence never felt like an intrusion.
Luiba worked tirelessly from the minute she arrived until she left in the evening, professional and courteous at all times.
She was fantastic with the younger kids and getting all the group shots completed quickly so guests could enjoy their day too.
Nothing was too much trouble and Liuba definitely went the extra mile, helping with finding light switches in our cottage, helping with a heavy suitcase, helping with a dress issue, etc, all help willingly offered with a smile.
We received some preview pictures within 24 hours which we excitedly looked over bringing back wonderful memories of the previous day.
We would recommend Liuba 100% to anyone looking for a wedding photographer, you won’t find anyone better to have with you on your special day.

One of my favourite things about weddings is that there is no "right" time to do it.

Some couples get married in their twenties.

Some find each other later.

Some have been together for years before deciding to make it official.

What matters isn't when it happens.

It's finding someone who still makes you smile when they walk into the room.

Carol & Martin's wedding was filled with exactly that.

Joy, laughter, family, and two people who were completely themselves from beginning to end.

Honestly, an absolute privilege to capture ❤️

Things wedding photographers don't tell you:

Sometimes we're photographers.

Sometimes we're dress fluffers.

Sometimes we're weather watchers.

Sometimes we're unofficial wedding coordinators.

Sometimes we're standing outside checking radar apps and trying to negotiate with the British weather.

And occasionally we're all of those things before lunchtime.

Every wedding day is different, which is honestly one of the things I love most about this job ❤️

Jenny and Steve's wedding had all the ingredients of a perfect festival wedding:

🎪 colourful bunting
🌻 wildflowers and sunflowers

🎷 live saxophone music

☔ and, because this is Britain, rain.

The original plan was an outdoor ceremony, but the weather had other ideas. Instead, everyone squeezed into the barn, surrounded by fairy lights, laughter, and enough nervous energy to power a small village.

By the time Jenny walked down the aisle with her sons, none of that mattered anymore.

The rain came and went all day, but somehow it only added to the atmosphere. Umbrellas appeared, plans adapted, guests rolled with it, and the whole day felt relaxed, personal and completely true to them.

And then Steve finished the first dance by lifting his bride in a playful spin...

Not your average wedding.

Congratulations, Jenny & Steve ❤️
