An excellent day today at REMEDY. the festival of photography & health 😁
Attending the workshop by Sam Atkins and today's event really taught me how valuable going out of your comfort zone is to growing confidence in yourself and the thing you're passionate about!

Personally, I've always kept to myself. Not having much confidence, if any, I've always struggled to coke out of my shell, which many people over the years have said I need to do 😂

Meeting so many lovely, incredible people over this past week and listening to such inspiring and thought-provoking talks has made me realise how much taking part in things can be so beneficial, in many ways!

So whatever you're passionate about, I highly recommend looking into what workshops or events are in your area and just going, no hesitation! You'll be glad you did 😊
