We phoned Tony from air traffic control before and after we filmed on this job because we were flying in an aerodrome.

We work with home improvement trades and other contractors using drones across Essex and London as licensed and insured operators with a Flyer ID and operator ID.

While not strictly necessarily as classified as visitors, we possess CSCS training so know how to get about a construction site with safety too.

POV: Thursday Conditioning Classes🤸‍♀️

You can join evening Calisthenics training on Tuesday and Wednesday too. (8 spaces each)

I started with a few niggling worries about old injuries but his methods accommodated for a whole class to participate, challenge themselves and grow. The friendly vibe and banter makes exercise something fun, not to mention the progress.

I love the structure and form of each class. The dynamic movements open up the body to feel more able in every day life. I Highly recommend Chris as your Trainer.
