I tell my kids that learning Jiu Jitsu is more than just a sport... it's training for your whole being... helping your brain and body to synchronise and come together to create a strong and powerful essence... I'm not sure if my 7 year old completely understands what I mean by this... but his listening is coming on at any rate!

As you will see from the photos - everyone had great time learning new hard-hitting chokes and the like!
