Sir Ernest Henry Shackleton died this day 100 years ago. What a true legend. And I guess if you are an explorer and someone is going to write your biography it doesn’t get better than the other (mad, bad and dangerous to know) legend; Sir Ranulph Twisleton-Wykeham-Fiennes, 3rd Baronet, OBE, commonly known as Sir Ranulph Fiennes, and sometimes as Ran Fiennes. I’m looking forward to tucking into this!!
