Oh please don't do this again, we do all appreciate the seriousness of what is going on but I've so many clients who have postponed at least twice already just so they can have the wedding they dreamed off, I fear a third delay would be the final straw

At long last I am able to take bookings again and make the most of this long spell of dry sunny weather.

The diary is looking relatively empty for the next few months at the moment so make the most of this time and contact me to arrange a family outdoor session.

A couple of shots from last month - photographing London Mozart Players performing with Sheku Kanneh-Mason at Fairfield Halls Croydon. Such a treat to hear the emotion he creates with his cello and such a lovely guy. This is him both during the afternoon rehearsals and then when grabbed him during the interval in a corridor for a quick shot.

Getting a thank you note is lovely start to the New Year

How delightful to get a small package in the post this morning. A lovely thank you card accompanied by a box of chocolates. The choccies are really appreciated but the card - or rather the lovely words written inside it - really did touch me. In an age of instant and very brief communication, it is a real treat to receive a written note and especially one so full of thanks.

Some shots from last October/November - yes it is fast approaching the time of year when the countryside, especially the local woods and forests provide you with lovely rich coloured backgrounds for your family photographs.

I really love these little moments caught.
This was back in July and we already had the family group shots beautifully posed and everyone looking nicely at the camera - and they are lovely shots that the client was delighted with - but for me it is always the moments afterwards when people start to relax even more that make family sessions special. A mother watches over her daughter with quiet joy as the little one gains even more confidence walking.

A throwback shot from a couple of months ago. A client asked for a session in Richmond - not my immediate first choice of location but I duly obliged and was really delighted with it as a location. The selection of locations for the session were stunning and the client was delighted with the results and it appears that the local squirrel population are very comfortable about having their photo taken as well
