This lovely little T3 Fowler Roller was in the engine line up at this years Shrewsbury Steam Rally. No.17471 was built in 1928 and spent it's working life up in Scotland.

Over 5 days Atlas, Duke of York and the Great North hauled one of the Isle of Man Railway locos around parts of the island, including a magical run over the mountain. The road was shut, except for access for the load and few other vehicles, which allowed for uninterrupted views over this beautiful island.

The sole surviving DD Class ploughing engine is seen here making it's way around the ring at this years High Weald Steam Working Weekend. Fowler no.13910, "My Delight", was new to SA & HA Whittome of Ely, Cambridgeshire in 1914 and was one of the few of this type not to be exported.
