Eeeeek my friends have a gorgeous, little cafe opening today in Sutton Valence 🤍

And if you pop along today - up until 4:30, there’s a free coffee and cake.

In this crazy world where so many businesses are struggling, it’s so lovely to see a new cafe opening but does need support from local people.

Today has been ALL about first birthday's which has been a little unexpected!

The day started with a birthday shoot (which obviously was expected) but then throughout the day I've had several enquiries about them and 3 confirmed new bookings - all for first birthdays!

This morning's shoot was full of giggles and I can't wait to show you some of the shots after their special day.

For now, here are some from Shelbie's so you can see my blocks in use 🤍

A birthday shoot starts off with little one in their birthday outfit with some gorgeous shots using my ONE blocks and wooden lettering, then an outfit change (if you would like one) for some smiley, portrait photos for variation and to document just how blimmin' gorgeous they are.

It is best to have the shoot two weeks before their birthday so I can ensure the photos are edited and back to you before their special day.

PLEASE book these a few months in advance as my diary gets so booked up.

My sunset shoots start this week and my dates have flown out.

They are at Camber which is an hours drive BUT so worth it for the shots I can get in the dunes and with the sand.

If you would prefer closer to home, Whitstable is 30minutes but will be slightly different shots to what I can achieve at Camber.

Excited to get started with these - I’ve been obsessed with sunrises and sunsets for as long as I can remember.

- I do have the option for sunrise shots BUT these are a very early start if anyone would want to brave one with kids 😅

I have ONE slot left at 2:20 for this Saturday for a school shoot(because 15 shoots in one day isn’t enough already 😅)

These are £40 for 5 digital photos and can be for siblings and individual shots 🤍

Home from such a gorgeous holiday ☀️

Now 4 suitcases of washing to sort and getting used to the cold!

I love this first day home though, clean pjs on, still a little bit in holiday, relaxed mode and the standard Indian takeaway being ordered tonight with a glass of wine (always our first night home tradition)

(And… start looking for an October holiday)

I had so much interest in my sunset shoots, both with comments and messages. I am going to sit down tomorrow and put the shoot details together but I will only be able to book in a handful of people due to only being able to book one family per evening and will only have September to do them before the weather changes and evenings draw in earlier. But this is something I will then look at doing again from April next year if I don’t fit you in.

Sunset shoots are always stunning - the light is just so beautiful.

I would love to do some sunset beach shoots back at home over the next few weeks…

I have one more hour before I am in full holiday mode and will be putting out of hours on… ☀️

I now only have 2 school slots left and won’t be adding any extra times as 16 shoots in one day is crazy enough as it is 🤣😅
