This monochrome version of Emily’s dying swan, was accepted and awarded a selectors medal from one of the judges at the ‘Beyond Group’ Photographic Exhibition. Having not entered anything for almost five months, I was missing the buzz of results day, so this was a nice surprise.

Hi Everyone!
It's that time of year when I'm normally posting about 'saving the date'. However, having given it a LOT of thought, and changing my mind several times, I've decided that this year, Christmas mini's will be taking a break. It feels a bit sad, as I'm normally buying backdrops and props and putting together something magical in the build up to the festive season. Some of my decision is down to the cost of putting the set together. It gets more and more expensive and time consuming each year, and trying to keep the price reasonable is becoming harder. BUT! watch this space, as I have plans for something different this year. That's all I'm going to say for now. All will be revealed over the coming days.

I have the perfect excuse to share this photo of Pepper today, as it’s international Cat day! Celebrate with me and give your cat a big hug (if he or she will allow such behaviour!) Pepper lives for cuddles and snuggles, but Lily is having none of it and prefers to shout from a distance with the occasional interaction allowed. Lily shows affection by dumping dead mice in the bed. 🐈‍⬛🐈‍⬛ our two girls are complete opposites in everything but colour. Watch this space for a photo of Lily if she ever lets me take one! 🖤🖤
