Over the next few weeks, I’m going to start featuring galleries from my website, this is a great opportunity to see a bit more of the work that goes on here at JDP, and I’d really hate for you to miss out on this!

The first featured gallery is one fairly close to me, as it was the wedding of two of my very close friends!

This time last year these guys were getting knee deep into wedding prep, which was no mean feat as half the couple was in the middle of Europe at the time! It was amazing to work with these guys to capture their wedding and to see them grow together as a couple. Head over and check it out to see my crop of images from their wedding!

It’s been a busy few weeks for me, this time last week I was enjoying the beautiful weather over in Marburg spending some quality time with friends, and of course heading out with the camera! The panorama below was captured on a fantastic lookout point over the city, also the site of what is said to be the tower that inspired Rapunzel. Then coming back to Bristol these past couple of days to take part in some Professional Development at The Royal Photographic society, honing my skills just a little more!

Christmas is a time when it's easy for life to catch up with you, and to feel lonely and low. But remember the reason for the season, and keep your head up.
