Sammy and Alfie 💌 A beautiful day at Hertfordshire Wedding Barn celebrating Sammy and Alfie. There is definitely something extra special about getting married with your children there too, not just celebrating you as a couple but the beautiful family you have created. Sammy and Alfie’s girls were perfect flower girls and ring bearers, they did a brilliant job!
Also - I will always remember this wedding as the one with the chocolate strawberries at the end of the night (SO good!)

Cristiana and Tom // jumping back in time to share this beautiful intimate wedding at Woburn Coffee House in July. At the risk of sounding like a broken record there is something extra special about being part of a celebration like this. The couple even included me in their (absolutely delicious) afternoon tea which was such a treat and I loved sitting next to the legend that is Tom’s grandad and hearing all about his travels and love of photography. Honestly, it’s days like this that make me ask myself how is this my job?! I also got to work with the lovely Alexis Anstey again which is always a pleasure and it was amazing to hear all about managing the beautiful walled garden at the coffee house from Tracey Goodwin who did the flowers.

Rachael + Gary 💌 A special day in Scotland last Saturday for R+G. The sun was shining, the happy tears were flowing and they got their outdoor ceremony (never to be taken for granted this far north!) They had their closest family and friends for a gorgeous intimate ceremony led by David Elder and then the rest of their guests joined them a few hours later for speeches, food and dancing. Perfect!

Rose and Dan 🌵 I had seen Rose’s mood boards during planning and she had talked me through their vision of the day and I was so looking forward to seeing it come to life! I loved the cowboy hats, the boots, the moonshine on every table (and nominations of team captions to dish it out) I loved the flowers, the personal celebrant led ceremony and how totally relaxed they were on the day. But my very favourite thing was seeing them truly enjoy every minute of the day! Which makes my job very easy indeed!

Disclaimer - Dodford Manor Barns Wedding Venue did not force them to clean up their own confetti, this was purely their own choice 😂😂

Another weekend, another stunning farm wedding… I will be sad when I don’t have any farm weddings in my calendar anymore! This was the turn of the lovely Gaby and Tom who got married at the church in Turvey then had their marquee reception at their home in *the* most beautiful surroundings (on *the* most perfect lawn - I think Tom will appreciate the lawn love, it really is that impressive!) Lots of love for the aperol cart too, Gaby had her Gab-erol spritz moment which I think turned out so well! I’ve seen a lot of brilliant wedding breakfast entrances recently and this pair did not let me down with an all in one entrance, dance and cake cutting combination that was so good!
