๐๐๐ช'๐ง๐ ๐๐ค๐ ๐๐ก๐๐ฃ๐!
The Lone Tree under The Milky Way.
I had so many plans to shoot the Milky Way the last week or so, and waiting for a cloud free night is not great in the UK.
Yesterday, the weather gods were promising clear skies, but as I was in Snowdonia, we all know that low cloud seems to hover around the mountains, and that's exactly how things turned out.
From initially planning to shoot Dolbadarn Castle, I thought I'd seek the easier option so I could get back to the van in case of a total cloud over.
2a.m. wasn't looking great, and that's how it kind of went all the way up to 4:30a.m.
There were breaks every now and again with some parts visible and some not, and this shot was around the 4a.m. mark with the most overall view of the Milky Way.
Don't get me wrong, it isn't the clearest picture. It's quite grainy, and to add to that, I was testing an old Canon 60D with Astro mod๐.
I had to push it up to 4000 ISO and on a single unstacked shot that isn't great. But...
I am happy with what I capture as life isn't always perfect, and it just shows we can get something out of it if we just keep going. ๐ค ๐
