Hello I'm Ben Rue,
I own and run Photography Rue, I have been doing photography since I was about 11 years old (2005) with a second hand camera taking pictures on and around The Solent. I established Photography Rue in 2008 when I was 14 after buying my own camera and camcorder, since then I have grown it into a hobby business with my work being used by lot of companies including Wightlink, South
Western Railway, Voith, Red Funnel, Isle of Wight County press, Isle of Wight Radio, Island Echo, Shipping Monthly and many more as well as having a lot of my content featuring on many news sites, papers, local tv and books & magazines. I hope to continue growing my business over the next few years as photography has always been a big and favourite hobby of mine. I am also a fully licensed and insured drone pilot with my own DJI Mini 2 drone.
