A little drone job last week for Grisdales Estate Agents at Great Broughton.

This piece of land is in fact just 1 plot for a residential dwelling. I've photographed some plots this size that are for 4+ houses!

What a location is it near Cockermouth and just look at those fell views. The artist impressions of a proposed design are for a stunning property that maximises the views. Just 24 houses in this community which is a lovely number.

I absolutely loved being able to capture some shots of the final evening of the fabulous Krankenhaus Festival at Muncaster Castle for the castle at the weekend. It was a really good night. The bands sounded amazing and barn lighting looked so good.

Back to Muncaster Fringe and I had the pleasure of photographing the closing event at Muncaster Castle's month-long Fringe Festival last Friday.

This was the official launch of the Bardcaster Poetry Book, which included poetry readings in the Muncaster Parish Church, surrounded by a lovely felt flower art installation and Josh's now famous and iconic moss themed piano.

What a month I had photographing such a diverse amount of creative activities from community gardening to blockbuster film making use bananas as props, award winning theatre to felt making, live music and poetry readings.

Last week and a shoot of a newly rennovated and new to the market serviced apartment in Whitehaven.

Steven and his team at West Lakes Property Stays never take on the easy fixers with these period properties full of features (some not aesthetic!) but the end result makes it all worth while.

It is such a stunning period property that everyone knows of in the area with its extensive grounds and beautiful views. Just tucked away enough but easy to access.

A few holiday cottage jobs from last month. I've been really lucky with these jobs with all owners being great and their properties no matter what the size, all stylish and well maintained.

I've been as far north as Warwick on Eden and south down to Witherslack and many towns and villages inbetween.

More non property work this month with the Muncaster Fringe Festival in full flow at Muncaster Castle. I've been photographing family gardening sessions in the community garden through to the hillarious fun that was an interactive, immersive outdoor theater show on the castle lawn with real bananas as all props!

But on Saturday I enjoyed being able to get a few shots of live music in the Courtyard at The Pennington Hotel in Ravenglass as part of the festival.

It was really enjoyable and sun did make an appearance too.

This was a drone job for Grisdales Land & New Homes I did a couple of weeks ago. It couldn't have been a better day to shoot this plot of land which is in such a superb location with great transport links and stunning views across thre Solway Firth of Scotland.
